All our trips and itineraries are fully customized to suit your needs:
Trip Itineraries:
A week before each of our trips we will send you an email with specific detailed trip information such as where and when to meet, important contact and emergency numbers, what to pack and a little bit of information about the culture of the destination. As well you will receive a trip itinerary. We will place a copy of the itinerary in the hotel lobby to make sure that you are up to date with what is going on throughout the trip.
Bus meeting point:
Our main priority is that you know not only where/when we will be meeting and leaving from, but also how to get there in time. We have prepared videos on how to get to each of our meeting places to make it easier for you to reach the buses on time.

Transportation:
Throughout the bus ride we make sure that our travelers are feeling comfortable. Each one of our group excursions includes round trip bus transportation with air-conditioning as well as music and movies to keep you entertained.
Hotels, Restaurants and Bars:
Each restaurant and bar and hotel is handpicked by the DiscoverSevilla staff. Our focus throughout the trip is to ensure that each travel has a good time at high quality hotels, restaurants and bars. On longer group excursions we stay in 4 star hotels, where breakfast is included each morning. We place importance on suiting your specific needs. When booking your trip we give you the option to tell us about any diet restrictions that you might have so that we can accommodate you.
Rooming:
Our goal is to make sure that you are comfortable and happy with the person you are rooming with. When signing up for a trip we give you the option to request 4 different friends who you wish to room with. Those who do not wish to request a roommate will be placed accordingly.
Guides:
Our guides are all friendly and knowledgeable about each destination. They will go out of their way to assist you in any way that they can. Travelers are provided with guide’s phone, and we encouraged you to call should any problems arise. Throughout the trip guides are available 24 hours a day.
Tours:
Each DiscoverSevilla excursion offers guided tours of the area to give you a taste of the local culture and history. Each tour is accompanied by a DiscoverSevilla guide as well as a local guide. On larger trips, tours are broken into smaller groups to ensure that you get the best and most personalized experience possible.
