Sevilla, the heart of Andalucia, is a popular year round destination for its awesome weather. Under an hour from the coast, Sevilla benefits from a warm Mediterranean climate. The average temperature is 26°C (78° F) - we're not complaining. While the winters tend to be much milder, the summer months of July and August tend to get very hot, sending many running to the numerous beautiful beaches located within 40 minutes of Sevilla.

Weather in Spain: Spring
Beach Time! Temperatures in spring are warm enough to be at the beach all day yet cool enough not to burn (well, at least not turn as red as a lobster!). It's the perfect time to start your tan without all the sweat! During Easter holiday, many Sevillanos flock to the beach and start an endless summer early.
Weather in Spain: Summer
June and July are the hottest months so Sevillanos use their vacation time to head to their country and beach houses for a month - yes, they get a month of vacation time here! In true siesta form, people tend not to leave their houses between the hours of 2-6pm. As the sun sets, Sevilla comes alive and people fill the streets enjoying a cerveza at a local tapa bar or hanging at terrazas (outside discotecas) where people can dance the night away under the stars!
