Shopping

So where does all your money go when you are in Sevilla?  On shopping of course!  Spain has a great selection of stores from Andalucian crafts to the latest fashion trends at reasonable prices.  For example, Zara is an international clothing store that produces items right off the runway at affordable prices.  The store was founded by a gallego, Amancio Ortega, and is now a successful worldwide franchise.

Nervión Plaza is one of the few indoor malls in Sevilla Capital and offers a movie theater, supermarket, arcade, and popular stores such as Mango, Zara, Pull and Bear, etc. Corte Inglés is also conveniently located here too.

Mall website

Los Arcos is a little further out but can easily be reached by a bus.  It has everything, all the popular clothing stores, movie theaters, Hipercor (similar to walmart and is owned by the parent company of Corte Inglés). Interesting side note, they even have a Toys R Us!

Plaza de Armas
Plaza Legión 8
954 908 282
Mall website

This is a much smaller mall as it only has a few major stores such as Mango.  There are, however, more cute boutique stores located in Plaza de Armas along with Mercadona, a large supermarket that has a wide variety of products at cheaper prices.

Shopping Streets

  • Calle Tetuán/Calle Sierpes - El Centro

These two streets are found right off Plaza Nueva.  A long day of shopping can be successfully achieved on these streets lined with Zara, Bershka, Stradivarius, H&M.  In addition, you can find shoes stores, jewelry, glasses, books, etc.  Basically, stroll up and down these streets to your hearts content.  At the end of Tetuán, you arrive at Plaza Duque to your right which is home to a Corte Inglés.

  • Calle Asunción - Los Remedios

Calle Asuncion doesn´t have as many stores as Tetuan and Sierpes, but you can find more shoe stores here.  The two main clothing stores are Mango and Pull and Bear.

  • Alfalfa/Plaza San Salvador

In this area and plaza, you will find shoe stores galore.  Also, you can find tiny stores that sell unique, random items like pañuelos, jewelry, etc. Check out the store, Mardi Gras, on the corner for some funky t-shirts and bags.

  Calle Torneo
On Sunday mornings Calle Torneo fills with puppies, kittens, cats, birds and any other animal anyone is trying to sell.  This is a pet market located right on the street on the river side that offers anyone the chance to purchase a pet or simply walk up and down the street petting the puppies.  You can also purchase pet supplies here.
  Charco de la Pava
