There are 3 ways to get from Madrid to Sevilla: by train, airplane & bus.
By flight: There are several airlines that fly direct to Sevilla from Madrid: Vueling, Iberia, Air comet. Vueling, however, tends to be the cheapest. You can check at their website at:

By train: the Madrid train station is called: Atocha Renfe. And there is a super fast train that gets to Sevilla from Madrid in just 2 ½ hours! The rountrip price is about 120€. It is the easiest/fastest/most comfortable way to get to Sevilla. You can purchase the train tickets online at www.Renfe.es or just go directly to the ticket counter located in the station! There is usually no problem with availability and there are trains pretty much every hour starting at 06.30am until 11.30pm
By bus: The bus is always cheaper (33€ round trip ticket) but it is slower (6 ½ hours). The company which runs the route between Sevilla and Madrid is called SociBus and you can easily purchase your ticket through the following link: http://www.socibus.es
We definitely recommend that you either take the train or the bus! Both options are always more affordable and easier.
